Thinking of new E-Commerce ideas

I have always wanted to set up a home-based business of my own but I don't seem to have any ideas!

Why is it that my friend can set it up easily and even quit her permanent full-time job and focus entirely on her online business and I can't?!!

Why is it so easy for others and I can't?

I have been doing alot of research today and looking at websites that gives ideas for online business. There seems to have a market there but it just seems so hard.
